Chasse Spleen<br /> <br /> The name means to “Chase away the blues” and this engaging producer never fails to produce wine that does so. The history of the Chateau’s wine-production likely begins in the 1560s though the name possibly comes from a remark made by the poet Lord Byron applauding the wine’s restorative effect during a visit in 1821.
