This is pure Saint-Emilion. Owned by the same owner as Pavie, Pavie-Decesse and Monbousquet, Bellevue-Mondotte is a small two hectare property with a tiny production (average 300-400 case per year). With some of the lowest yields on the Right Bank, the concentration of fruit and minerality means it is incredibly intense, rich with a serious style that holds no prisoners.
